Dr. Sybil Ingram is a successful and respected governance, management and technology professional with significant expertise with various information security and quality audits and assessments (domestically and internationally), quality management systems, risk management, privacy/security challenges and information systems solutions. With over twenty years of professional experience, she is one of the nation's foremost champions and active consultants for the HIPAA regulations and implementation challenges, addressing all major aspects of the Administrative Simplification Subtitle and affected entities/stakeholders. Additionally, Dr. Ingram has served as a clinician, clinical researcher and instructor, public health emergency preparedness and readiness specialist, director and management consultant for multiple national providers of health care and non-healthcare services. She has held key positions with  industry leaders such as McKesson, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories Boston Scientific, Amgen and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In addition, Dr. Ingram is nationally board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, a member of the international scientific and engineering society, Sigma Chi and is an active member with the Medical Reserve Corp (under the auspices of the US Surgeon General.) She is an inventor and held a patent [pending] with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) . Dr. Ingram has also been recognized with  special commendations from the Department of Health & Human Services & CDC and holds three information/cyber security certifications.
