Sybil Ingram, M.T. (ASCP), M.Ed., MBA, Ph.D., CISM

Dr. Sybil Ingram is a successful and respected management and technology professional with significant expertise with various quality management systems, regulatory affairs/compliance, privacy/security challenges and information systems solutions. With over twenty years of professional experience, she was one of the nation's foremost speakers and active consultants for the HIPAA regulations and implementation challenges, addressing all major aspects of the Administrative Simplification Subtitle and affected entities/stakeholders. Additionally, Dr. Ingram has served as a clinician, clinical researcher and instructor, public health emergency preparedness and readiness specialist, director and management consultant for multiple private and government organizations.

She has held key positions with healthcare industry leaders such as McKesson, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In addition, Dr. Ingram is nationally board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, a member of the international scientific and engineering society, Sigma Chi and is an active member with the Medical Reserve Corp (under the auspices of the US Surgeon General.) She is an inventor and held a patent [pending] with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) . Dr. Ingram has also been recognized with a special commendation by the Department of Health & Human Services & CDC and holds two information security certifications (CISM and IAM) .
